By Tyler Brandt, News Desk · October 25, 2026
One post, updated through Sunday and Monday night. Newest update on top. Next update: Sunday night, after the 4 p.m. games.
Update 3: 3:30 p.m. ET (1 p.m. games, late games about to start)
Puka Nacua is active. The Rams receiver cleared his calf and plays against the Raiders. Start him.
Drake London left with a possible concussion and came back a few plays later. Drake London owners should watch him through the second half.
Christian McCaffrey scored, left with a thigh injury and returned. That settles the earlier question for now. With Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel out, Brock Purdy was 0 for 2 when throwing to wide receivers over a four-quarter stretch, per Adam Schefter and Field Yates. The offense runs through McCaffrey and George Kittle.
Lamar Jackson is expected back next week against Buffalo, per Ian Rapoport. Tyler Huntley started a third straight game. That is good news for Zay Flowers and Derrick Henry in Week 8.
Josh Jacobs is back for Green Bay while an investigation continues, per Mike Garafolo. Josh Jacobs plays against Detroit.
Cleared to play: Rico Dowdle is playing after a questionable tag for his knee. Calvin Ridley and Breece Hall are inactive, as reported earlier.
Tony Pollard had a big day. The Titans running back ran for 77 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries, 19.7 fantasy points, with Tyjae Spears out. Tennessee is also without Ridley.
Dynasty angles
- Colts trade talk: Indianapolis is reportedly taking calls on Jonathan Taylor, DeForest Buckner and Quenton Nelson before the Nov. 10 deadline. The Packers, Seahawks, Broncos, Vikings and 49ers are reportedly linked. Our trade-deadline article covers Taylor.
- Jonah Coleman:Denver's rookie running back is back from injured reserve, which makes him a buy-low stash, per reports. Jonah Coleman is worth a look.
Update 2: 3:15 p.m. ET (1 p.m. games in progress, late-game inactives)
Christian McCaffrey (thigh) is questionable to return. The 49ers running back took a hit on the opening drive, got treatment on the sideline and went to the locker room in the second quarter. San Francisco is already without Deebo Samuel and Mike Evans. Rookie Kaelon Black ran 30 yards for a touchdown at the start of the second quarter. Christian McCaffrey owners should watch for a return in the second half. Kaelon Black is the add.
Tyrone Tracy Jr. (hamstring) is questionable to return. The Giants running back got hurt against Houston. Tyrone Tracy Jr. owners should hold. Cam Skattebo takes more carries if Tracy is out.
Kenneth Gainwell (hip) is questionable to return. The Buccaneers running back got hurt against Carolina. Kenneth Gainwell is a deep-league hold, and Bucky Irving keeps the lead role.
Ravens guard Olaivavega Ioane (knee) is out. Baltimore loses an offensive lineman against Cincinnati, which is a small mark against Huntley and Henry.
Saints: running back CJ Donaldson (shoulder) and safety Justin Reid (concussion) left the loss to Pittsburgh in Paris.
Late games
- Rams at Raiders (4:25):Puka Nacua is questionable with a calf injury. The Rams are optimistic, but check the inactives 90 minutes before kickoff. Cornerback Trent McDuffie (groin) is also questionable. The Raiders are without tight end Carter Runyon and receiver Dont'e Thornton, and running back Mike Washington Jr. (foot and back) is questionable. If Washington sits, Ashton Jeanty gets the work.
- Broncos at Cardinals (4:05): Jeremiyah Love is out, so Tyler Allgeier leads Arizona's backfield. Denver cornerback Pat Surtain II (ankle) is questionable.
- Packers at Lions (4:25): no new fantasy-relevant news yet.
Monday night: Saquon Barkley is questionable after practicing fully Saturday. Eagles receivers DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) are out.
Update 1: 12:20 p.m. ET (early games, inactives are in)
Lamar Jackson is out. Baltimore downgraded the quarterback from questionable to out on Saturday, so he misses a third straight game with a high-ankle sprain. He practiced Friday and said he was on track. Tyler Huntley starts against Cincinnati, and receiver Elijah Sarratt is out too. Baltimore scored ten points with Huntley last week. Lamar Jackson owners should hold. Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers carry the offense again.
Baker Mayfield is active. The Buccaneers quarterback returns from a thumb injury after three missed games. Baker Mayfield is a start in deep leagues, with a wait-and-see approach elsewhere. Receiver Emeka Egbuka is out in the concussion protocol, so Chris Godwin is the top target. Tampa Bay also lost safety Antoine Winfield Jr.
Breece Hall is out. The Jets running back was questionable with a quad injury and is inactive against Miami. Braelon Allen starts, and Adonai Mitchell is active. Breece Hall owners wait for a return date.
Cleveland's backs are both active. Quinshon Judkins and Dylan Sampson are cleared for Tennessee, so Jaleel McLaughlin loses the lead role our Tuesday projection gave him. Tennessee is without running back Tyjae Spears and receiver Calvin Ridley, which helps Tony Pollard and Carnell Tate.
Houston's David Montgomery is out, and Tank Dell is active. Woody Marks leads the Texans' backfield against the Giants. Tank Dell plays for the first time in nearly two years. David Montgomery owners should hold.
Minnesota's Jordan Mason is active. Our projection for Aaron Jones assumed Mason was out, so lower it. Jordan Mason is back in the mix, and tight end T.J. Hockenson is active.
San Francisco is thin. Deebo Samuel, Mike Evans and Nick Bosa (knee) are all out. Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle take the targets.
Also out: Jeremiyah Love (ankle), Tyler Warren (groin), Colts cornerback Sauce Gardner, and Giants safety Jevon Holland. Josh Jacobs is active for Green Bay, and the Buccaneers' Bucky Irving is active too.
Still pending: Puka Nacua (calf) is questionable. The Rams are optimistic he plays, according to Adam Schefter, and he will test it before kickoff. If he sits, Konata Mumpfield becomes Los Angeles' top receiver. Saquon Barkley is questionable for Monday night.
Sunday night: Zach Charbonnet is out for Seattle, and quarterback Drew Lock is questionable with an elbow injury. Rashee Rice is out for Kansas City.
A one-week absence rarely moves a starter's price. If a backup just inherited the job, check him in the Dynasty Trade Calculator before you send an offer.
