Privacy Policy

NextDyne is operated by The Athlete Sports Exchange LLC (“we,” “us”). This page explains what we collect on nextdyne.io during soft launch — waitlist, public tools, and gated app access — and how we use it.

What we collect

• Waitlist email — if you join the founding waitlist, we store the address you submit and a rough source tag (e.g. homepage, blog, nav).
• Account data — if you sign in during soft launch, we keep the account identifiers needed to run your session (via our auth provider).
• Tool usage — public tools (trade calculator, mock draft) may record privacy-safe usage signals, such as which assets appear in a trade, without requiring an account.
• Technical logs — standard server and hosting logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use this information to run the site, invite founding leagues, improve public tools, and keep soft-launch access secure. We do not sell your email list.

Payments

When dues and escrow go live, payment processing will run through Stripe. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe under their terms — we do not store full payment card numbers on NextDyne servers.

Cookies

Soft-launch access uses a signed cookie so gated app routes stay closed to the public web. Auth sessions use cookies from our auth provider. We are not running a separate advertising pixel stack on the marketing site today.

Sharing

We use infrastructure vendors (hosting, email, database, auth, payments) to operate the product. They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Waitlist emails stay until you ask to be removed or we close the founding cohort and migrate you into an account, whichever comes first. Account and league data follow product retention once leagues are live.

Your choices

Email privacy@nextdyne.io to update or delete a waitlist address, or to ask what we hold on you. Soft-launch accounts can also be closed by contacting us at the same address.

Children

NextDyne is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page when soft launch ends or when payments, league data, or other product surfaces change what we collect. The date at the top is the latest revision.
