Terms of Use

These terms cover nextdyne.io — the marketing site, founding waitlist, public tools, and soft-launch app. NextDyne is operated by The Athlete Sports Exchange LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.

What NextDyne is today

Soft launch means the public marketing pages and tools are open; the full league app is invitation-gated while we finish MVP. Founding waitlist signup does not guarantee a launch date or a locked feature set beyond what we publish on the site and in founding pricing.

Public tools

The dynasty trade calculator, mock draft, and public player pages are free utilities. Scores and projections are NextDyne’s model — not advice, not a guarantee of fantasy outcomes, and not a third-party market consensus. Use them at your own judgment.

Accounts and soft-launch access

If you receive soft-launch access, keep credentials and invite links private. Do not attempt to bypass the gate, scrape private league data, or disrupt the service. We may revoke access that abuses the product.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about founding cohort status, launch, and related NextDyne product updates. You can ask to be removed anytime — see our Privacy Policy.

Founding pricing

Founding rates described on the site ($2.00 per player for the founding cohort, with later tiers rising) apply when you create a qualifying founding league under the terms we publish at signup. Escrow fee (3%) and commissioner seat platform fee ($0) are as stated on the pricing section unless we update them in writing before you lock in.

Payments and dues

When dues collection and escrow ship, payment processing will use Stripe. League money movement is subject to Stripe’s terms and any additional product terms we publish before you collect dues. Do not treat marketing copy as a live money-transmitter promise for every league until those flows are enabled for your league.

Your content

League names, rosters, and commissioner settings you enter remain yours. You grant us a license to host and display them to run the service for your league.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent use
• No unauthorized scraping of private or gated data
• No reverse engineering of the product beyond what the law allows

Disclaimer

The site and tools are provided “as is” during soft launch. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that valuations will match any other board. Fantasy football involves risk; NextDyne is not responsible for league disputes or outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Athlete Sports Exchange LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of NextDyne. Our total liability for any claim related to the free marketing site or public tools is limited to $50.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product leaves soft launch. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top is the latest revision.
