Case Keenum hadn't thrown a regular-season pass since 2023. He hadn't started a game since then either. On Monday night, filling in for the hamstring-injured Caleb Williams, he threw for 247 yards and two touchdowns, ran for a third, and beat the previously unbeaten Eagles 27–7.

Keenum and Swift control the night

Keenum completed 24 of 34 passes and wasn't sacked once behind an offensive line that gave him a clean pocket all night. He opened the scoring with a shovel pass to Luther Burden III for an 8-yard touchdown, then hit Kalif Raymond for a 41-yard score in the second half.
