Updated Friday, October 23, from the ESPN injury report. Sunday's inactive list comes about 90 minutes before kickoff and is the last word.

Likely to play

Lamar Jackson (ankle), Ravens. He is questionable. Coach Jesse Minter said Friday that his availability is still being evaluated. He practiced Wednesday and Thursday and has missed two games. The ankle can still limit his running even if he is active. Lamar Jackson is the start only if he plays. If he does, Tyler Huntley goes back to the bench, and Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews gain with him. My call: start him if he is active.

Baker Mayfield (thumb), Buccaneers. He was a full participant Friday and is listed questionable against Carolina after missing the last three games. Baker Mayfield practiced fully Wednesday through Friday, and Jalon Daniels started those three games. Receiver Emeka Egbuka is out with a concussion and a foot injury. My call: start Mayfield, and treat Egbuka as out.

Saquon Barkley (hamstring), Eagles. He practiced Friday and is questionable for Monday night against Dallas. Saquon Barkley hurt the hamstring in Week 4. DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert were not seen during the open portion of Friday's practice and are both questionable, so check both before Monday. Dameon Pierce ran 12 times for 35 yards and a touchdown last week and drops to insurance if Barkley is full speed. My call: start Barkley, and keep Pierce close.

Game-time decisions

Puka Nacua (calf), Rams. He will not practice Friday and is questionable at Las Vegas. Puka Nacua was at 20.8 points on Thursday's board, the top mark among receivers, before this questionable tag. Davante Adams is on injured reserve. Have a backup ready for the late games. My call: start him only if he is active.

Breece Hall (quadriceps), Jets. He is questionable against Miami. Breece Hall sat out Wednesday and was limited Thursday. If he sits, Braelon Allen starts. Receiver Adonai Mitchell will play, per Aaron Glenn. My call: have Allen ready, and do not lock Hall.

Zach Charbonnet, Seahawks. He is questionable after practicing fully Thursday, his first week off the physically-unable-to-perform list. Zach Charbonnet would share the backfield with Emanuel Wilson, since Jadarian Price is on injured reserve. My call: do not start him in his first game back.

Travis Kelce (ankle), Chiefs. He is questionable after a limited practice. Travis Kelce is the start if he is active against Seattle. My call: start him if he is active.

Out

Jeremiyah Love (ankle), Cardinals. Jeremiyah Love is out again. Mike LaFleur said Friday he will not play against Denver. Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight handle the backfield. My call: start Allgeier.

Cole Kmet (knee), Bears. Ben Johnson said Friday that he will go on injured reserve, and he is not expected back this season. Cole Kmet is done for the year. Colston Loveland inherits Chicago's tight end targets, so check the waiver wire.

Rashee Rice (hamstring), Chiefs. He is out at Seattle. Rashee Rice is estimated back next week, not for a longer absence on this report. Brashard Smith is questionable, not out. Xavier Worthy is the main beneficiary if Rice sits, which he will.

Tyler Warren (groin), Colts. Tyler Warren is out at Minnesota. Cornerback Sauce Gardner is doubtful with a calf strain, not out. Mo Alie-Cox is a one-week streamer.

Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring), Falcons. Brian Robinson Jr. is out, which leaves Bijan Robinson as Atlanta's lead back against San Francisco.

Friday's other roster notes are in the dynasty daily.
