Stash & Grow: Week 6

Four cheap backups with steady roles, a check-in on last week's five, and why a 17.5-yards-a-catch receiver costs nothing. Dynasty stashes for next fall.

By Casey Whitfield, News Desk · October 15, 2026

Jaylin Noel has caught 13 of 17 targets for 227 yards, and our board prices him at zero. Tuesday's waiver post is about this Sunday. These five are about next fall, and none costs more than a bench spot. Every score below is the number our board lists today.

Jaylin Noel, WR, Houston

Jaylin Noel has 17 targets through five games, a 9.9% share, and 13 catches for 227 yards, which is 17.5 yards a catch. Houston charts him third behind Nico Collins and Xavier Hutchinson. A zero is the cheapest price the board offers, and the efficiency is why he's on this list.

Antonio Williams, WR, Washington

Antonio Williams has 22 targets, a 14.5% share, and 15 catches for 155 yards as Washington's third receiver. His score is zero too. The targets have held across three different quarterbacks, which says the role doesn't depend on who is throwing.

Ryan Flournoy, WR, Dallas

Ryan Flournoy has 27 targets, a 14.5% share, and 16 catches for 194 yards behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. His score is 422. Lamb is Questionable with a quad injury, and Dallas throws a lot, so he's the receiver most likely to move if anything changes.

Mike Washington Jr., RB, Las Vegas

Mike Washington Jr. has 25 carries, an 18.2% share, for 125 yards, and our board lists him at 359 with no spot on the depth chart. Ashton Jeanty missed Friday's practice last week before playing 10 carries on Sunday. That's the situation to watch, since an injured lead back turns a small role into a large one.

Michael Mayer, TE, Las Vegas

We flagged Michael Mayer on October 1, with the worry that his targets would vanish once Brock Bowers returned. They haven't. He has 25 targets, a 14.5% share, and 21 catches for 171 yards, and his score is 592.

Check-in on last week's five

Tre Harris went from 21 targets to 25 and has 15 catches for 225 yards at 304. Devaughn Vele went from 31 targets to 37 and has 25 catches for 252 yards at 628. Isaac TeSlaa has 19 targets and 187 yards, still at zero, and Detroit is on bye this week. Tyler Allgeier has 35 carries and 12 catches at 743. MarShawn Lloyd scored twice on 31 yards on Sunday, and we told you Tuesday to sell that spike.

FAQ

What makes a score of zero a buying chance?
It means the board prices him at nothing, so any steady role is a bargain. Noel and Williams are both there because the targets exist and the price doesn't.
How long should I hold a stash before giving up?
Give the role a full month. If the snaps, carries or targets are still there at that point, keep waiting, and if they've dried up, drop him.
Is a handcuff or a receiver the better stash?
A handcuff pays off faster and less often, since it needs an injury to a starter. A third receiver on a passing team pays off slower but doesn't need anyone to get hurt.
