Cincinnati, Detroit, Miami and Minnesota are off in Week 6, which takes Ja'Marr Chase, Jahmyr Gibbs, Justin Jefferson and Kyler Murray out of your lineup. Claims process tonight, and these four are built on usage, not one big box score.
Isaiah Likely, TE, New York Giants
Isaiah Likely caught 11 of 13 targets for 94 yards and two touchdowns, 26.9 points and the best tight end score of the week. The next Giants tight end, Theo Johnson, saw three targets. We called Likely a sell-high in Week 1, and 13 targets in Week 5 says his role is bigger than we gave him credit for.
Germie Bernard, WR, Pittsburgh
Germie Bernard caught six of nine targets for 80 yards on Sunday, 11.4 points, while DK Metcalf caught three of four for 12. Michael Pittman and Roman Wilson are both out for Week 6 against Tampa Bay, which leaves Bernard as the receiver with the most room to grow in Aaron Rodgers' offense.
Parker Washington, WR, Jacksonville
Parker Washington caught six of nine targets for 124 yards and two touchdowns, 27.4 points, 23% of Trevor Lawrence's 39 throws. Brian Thomas Jr. was targeted three times and caught none. Two long touchdowns inflated the score, so treat this as a role claim, and our Week 6 projection for him is 9.1 against Houston.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB, Washington
Jacory Croskey-Merritt ran 11 times for 82 yards and a touchdown in the 27-27 tie, 14.2 points, while Rachaad White carried seven times for 18 and Austin Ekeler three times for negative one. He projects at 8.7 against San Francisco. The score came with the work, so he's a fair flex until Washington's backfield tells you otherwise.

FAQ
- How should I fill a bye-week hole on waivers?
- Claim for need first. A bye is a one-week problem, so take the best available starter at that position and save the speculative claims for after.
- Why does a teammate's absence matter for a receiver's claim?
- It opens targets. When two receivers are out, as in Pittsburgh, the next man up sees the work they would have taken, even if his own numbers have been modest.
- How much should I spend on a running back who scored once?
- Little. Croskey-Merritt's 14.2 came with 11 carries, which is a role, but one touchdown doesn't make a trend.
